18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged > 18 years; 2.The duration of mechanical ventilation was more than 24 hours; 3.They agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have primary motor dysfunction or clear neuromuscular disease; 2. Lumbar spine, pelvis, lower limb trauma or surgery; 3. Defects of limbs; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Redness, swelling, bleeding, etc. appear at the measuring points of both lower limbs; 6. Carry out palliative care.
