18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years and <= 65 years, no gender limits; 2. Using transrectal B-ultrasound diagnosis, it was confirmed to be a suprasphincteric anal fistula (in line with Parks diagnostic criteria); 3. Patients who have undergone anal surgery for the first time; 4. Patients voluntarily participate in clinical trials, all have signed informed consent, and can cooperate with clinical follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suprasphincter anal fistula caused by trauma; 2. Patients with acute infection or poorly controlled lesion infection; 3. The doctor judges that other medical history has affected anal function; 4. Other people due to religious ethnicity, diabetes, cancer, intestinal tuberculosis, Crohn's disease, AIDS; 5. Patients with severe heart, lung, brain, liver, and kidney diseases; 6. Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant and women who are breastfeeding; 7. People with allergies or allergies to multiple drugs.
