18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal carcinoma under general anesthesia; 2. Preoperative FEV1 > 65%; 3. Normal thinking, clear consciousness, able to communicate with language; 4. Volunteering to take the test and signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fracture, pulmonary edema, pneumothorax, wound infection, bleeding, hemoptysis, etc; 2. Complicated with heart, kidney, brain and other viscera dysfunction or serious organic lesions; 3. Severe asthma with a history of lung surgery.
