Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Premature infants (gestational age <37 weeks) admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) of our hospital from June 2021 to December 2021 are divided into bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) and non-bronchiopulmonary dysplasia (non-BPD) .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital malformations (including complicated congenital heart disease and lung development malformations); 2. Inherited metabolic diseases; 3. Chromosomal diseases; 4. Family members who do not agree to participate in the study.
