Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 2-5 years, no gender limit; 2. Weight 10-25kg, ASA I-II; 3. No history of heart or lung disease; 4. Children undergoing elective strabismus surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with recent upper respiratory tract infection or obvious rhinitis and runny nose; 2. Specific mental illness, severe central system disease or increased intracranial pressure; 3. Allergic to esketamine or the parents refuse to use the preoperative medication.
