Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with oral cancer undergoing free flap reconstruction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There was infection in the operation area; 2. Hematoma appeared; 3. Salivary fistula or chylous fistula appeared; 4. Part or all of the flaps were necrotic; 5. Those who underwent unplanned second operation; 6. Previous lung infection or other lung diseases; 7. Patients with venous thrombosis need bed rest.
