18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were admitted to Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 and planned to undergo abdominal hysterectomy; 2. Older than 18 years of age; 3. With ASA grade I to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of allergy to drugs related to anesthesia and analgesia; 2. Abnormal anatomy of the abdomen; 3. Patients with a history of abuse of psychotropic and analgesic drugs; 4. Patients with difficult airway and respiratory and circulatory insufficiency; 5. Patients who are addicted to alcohol and drugs, are obese (BMI>=26), and are allergic to soy substances.
