Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with Type 1 diabetes diagnosed according to WHO Standard (1999); 2. Aged 8 to 55 years old; 3. Fasting C-peptide >= 100pmol/L; 4. Willing to sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uncontrolled diabetic ketoacidosis; 2. Patients with allergic constitution; 3. History of malignant tumor; 4. Acute pancreatitis, and severe heart, liver, kidney, rheumatic immune, respiratory, nervous or infectious diseases; 5. Suffering from gestational diabetes, single-gene mutation diabetes, diabetes caused by pancreatic damage, or other secondary diabetes (such as diabetes caused by Cushing's syndrome, abnormal thyroid function, or acromegaly); 6. Pregnancy, patients planning to become pregnant during the trial, or who are breastfeeding; 7. Patients with a history of drug abuse, or alcoholics; 8. The researchers judged the group unsuitable.
