Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects are 65-100 years old; 2. Subjects have normal bone development; 3. Femoral neck fracture and poor conservative treatment effect; 4. Subjects are willing to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The subject is due to neuromuscular insufficiency; 2. The subject is mentally incapable or unable to understand the requirements for study participation; 3. Alcoholics or drug addicts or substance abusers; 4. Obesity BMI > 35; 5. Poor control of blood glucose and blood pressure; 6. The subject has a history of allergy to the implanted materials; 7. Active infection of hip joint; 8. Severe bone disease and tumor around hip joint; 9. The life expectancy of patients who cannot tolerate surgery for other systemic diseases is less than 2 years; 10. Subjects were still participating in other clinical studies before being enrolled; 11. Other diseases associated with the subjects could not cooperate with the follow-up; 12. Poor compliance of subjects; 13. Other circumstances deemed inappropriate for this clinical trial.
