Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age and sex of subjects are not limited, while tumor can occur in tongue, cheek, mandibular gum or mouth floor, and T and N staging of carsinoma is not limited. 2. Subjects who undergoing fibula free flap reconstruction of the head and neck, including the subjects who undergoing primary or secondary reconstruction. 3. Subjects who volunteer to participate and sign the "Informed Consent Form of Patients".
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who may require a return during hospitalization will be excluded unless the second operation is completely unrelated to the flap. 2. Subjects who could not successfully dissection the recipient nerve during the operation or the recipient nerve was invaded by malignant tumor and needed to be removed; 3. Subjects with persistent coma, unclear consciousness and communication barriers after surgery; 4. Subjects with less than one year of postoperative survival or no follow-up.
