Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first onset, in line with the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference in 1995, and confirmed by head CT or MRI; 2. The general condition and vital signs are stable, and the level of consciousness is normal; 3. Age over 30 years old and under 75 years old; 4. The Brunnstrom staging of the lower extremity of the affected side is stage I~IV (Brunnstrom staging: stage I retardation, stage II spasticity, stage III with associated movement, stage ? with partial separation movement, stage V with separation movement, and stage VI normal stage); 5. Within 6 months of onset; 6. Head CT or MRI showed unilateral lesions; 7. The patient voluntarily participated in the study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe organ dysfunction (such as heart, lung, liver and kidney) should not undergo rehabilitation training; 2. Patients with reversible stroke; 3. Patients with severe cognitive impairment, MMSE < 23; 4. Patients with a history of mental disorders and unable to cooperate with the training; 5. Deaf and mute people; 6. Patients who cannot receive treatment and regular follow-up in designated hospitals on time; 7. Implantation of cardiac pacemaker _The lower limb motor dysfunction caused by other reasons.
