Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who have been diagnosed with aortic valve stenosis and successfully completed transcatheter aortic valve replacement. 2. The subject's age is greater than or equal to 18 years old. 3. The subject's hemodynamics is stable, and all vital signs are stable. 4. The subject has received the best medical treatment for standardized heart disease and other comorbidities. 5. The subject has good communication and cooperation skills without obvious cognitive impairment. 6. The physical condition of the subject is suitable for regular exercise. 7. Subjects are willing to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Although the cardiac team recommends surgical aortic valve replacement, the patient still decides to undergo transcatheter aortic valve replacement (avoid including atypical, low-risk patients); 2. The subject has a serious physical disability that cannot complete regular exercise; 3. The subject's heart condition is unstable (for example, decompensated heart failure, New York heart function classification is IV, severe arrhythmia, etc.); 4. The subject has uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and other comorbidities; 5. The subject has new clinical manifestations (such as new arrhythmia, ST-segment changes in ECG, dyspnea, intolerance, and apparent fatigue intolerance) during exercise assessment; 6. The subjects echocardiogram showed signs of ischemia, severe arrhythmia, or deterioration of hemodynamics.
