Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 years or above; 2. Selective surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients were admitted to ICU 24 hours before surgery; 2. Patients and their family members refused to be enrolled; 3. The patient is unable to communicate due to severe dementia, language impairment, severe hearing or visual impairment, etc.
