Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with maxillofacial defects who need reconstruction by fibula free flap.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe skin diseases, varicose veins, and past injury history of the donor sites lower limbs; 2. Patients with impaired motor function of the donor sites lower limbs caused by various diseases; 3. With diabetes.
