Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: GIST was classified under the high-risk of recurrence category based on the modified National Institutes of Health (NIH) criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. GIST patients with metastasis, inoperability or recurrence; 2. GIST patients treated with imatinib before surgery.
