Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with depression: 1. Patients aged 12-45 years; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM--? for major depressive disorder; 3. Fully understand the purpose, method, process, possible discomfort, and risk of the experiment, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant major medical disorders; 2. Neurological disorders or history of head trauma with loss of consciousness for = 5 min; 3. Suicidal ideation or suicidal attempt; 4. IQ<70; 5. Pregnancy; 6. Substance/alcohol abuse or dependence; 7. MRI contraindications.
