40 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-75 years; 2. Comply with the internationally recognized diagnosis of type 2 diabetes; 3. According to the 2013 ACC/AHA Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease (ASCVD) risk score, people at risk of ASCVD >=10% are given priority, those with a history of cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, cardiac bypass/stent, and poor blood pressure control have priority; 4. BMI 25-35kg/cm^2; 5. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ALT, AST >= the upper limit of normal value x 1.5 times; eGFR <30 ml/min/1.73 m^2; 2. Gastric ulcer, gastric hemorrhage, tuberculosis, mental illness, glaucoma, active hepatitis, other autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, acute cerebral infarction, and cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Ketosis and ketoacidosis on admission; 4. Those who have a positive pregnancy test or are breastfeeding; 5. SGLT-2i or GLP-1 agonist drugs have been used before enrollment.q
