Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the World Health Organization (WHO) diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis, the OTLICS score is 4 points; 2. Lumbar and back pain (pain induced by changes in body position), visual analogue score (VAS) >= 5 points; 3. After imaging examination (X-ray) Film, CT or MRI) diagnosed as OVCF, and the imaging OVCF position is consistent with the pain position; 4. No spinal cord or nerve root damage symptoms or signs; 5. Single-segment vertebral compression fracture; 6. Aged > 65 years, including menopause Women; 7. Course of disease <= 6 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Osteoporosis caused by drugs or medical diseases; 2. Severe violence causes burst fractures; 3. History of allergy to acrylic and bisphosphonate drugs; 4. Coagulation dysfunction, bleeding Tendency; 5. There is infection all over the body or the puncture site; 6. The clinical data is incomplete, and the follow-up time is less than half a year.
