Interventions

Control Group:FiO2 80% oxygen
Medium concentration oxygen therapy group:FiO2 80% oxygen
Target oriented oxygen therapy group:Maintain TcPO2 between 200 to 225 mmHg

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Endotracheal intubation general anesthesia; 2. Scheduled gastrointestinal surgery; estimated operating time of more than 2 hours; 3. Over 18 years of age; 4. ASA I-III grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of cooperation or lack of language; communication difficulties; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Sepsis; 4. Pneumonia or inflammation POCD; 5. Pregnancy; 6. Mallampati grade >= grade 3; 7. Anesthetic allergy.
