Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the clinical diagnostic criteria of PD published by the Movement Disorders Association in 2015, clinically confirmed patients with primary Parkinson's disease; 2. No digestive system diseases, such as inflammatory enteritis, liver, gallbladder and pancreatic diseases; No digestive system stones and surgery; 3. Not taking any antibiotics in the last 3 months; 4. No diabetes and autoimmune diseases; 5. No familial aggregation of Parkinson's disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Parkinson's superimposed syndrome; 2. Drugs and medicines: any drugs and medicines abuse, any regular use of the following medicines in the past 2 months (> 2 times): opioids, lopebutamine, inhaled beta-blockers or anticholinergics, glucocorticoids (oral or extraenteral), tricyclic antidepressants, antihistamines and anticholinergics (except for signs of PD), metoclopramide, cholinergics, doperidone, and proton pump inhibitors; 3. Organ failure: heart failure (excluding: cardiac function grade <= 2), known severe renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate < 30ml/min); 4. Other: B vitamin deficiency, serious uterine prolapse, peritonitis, the history of severe endometriosis, polyneuropathy, polio, symptomatic peripheral atherosclerosis (e.g. claudication), aortic aneurysm or dissection, lungs, or skin cancer, stomach, intestines, or urogenital fistula, any of the following happened 2 month before : one of severe hypokalemia or hyperkalemia requiring hospitalization, coma or gastrointestinal endoscopy, abdominal trauma.
