Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In good health (no chronic disease, no antibiotics used in the last 3 months); 2. The daily habit is to take rice as the staple food, and eat less wheat-based products; 3. Aged > 18 years; 4. Subjects fill in written informed consent and questionnaire, and promise to cooperate throughout the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gluten intolerance; 2. Suffer from chronic diseases or any other abnormal physical condition or medical condition affecting the gastrointestinal tract; 3. Use drugs related to digestive tract disease within two weeks, such as anti-spasmodic, laxative, anti-diarrhea drugs, etc.; 4. Use antibiotics in the last 3 months; 5. Pregnancy or lactation; 6. A history of convulsive symptoms or mental illness; 7. Significant changes in dietary habits occurred in the last 1 month; 8. Currently participating in, or have participated in any other clinical studies within the past month.
