18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged from 18 to 80 years; 2. Patients require bronchoscopy biopsy, and the lesion site is allowed to be injected intracavity; 3. Patients or their authorized representatives voluntarily participate in the trial and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with active bleeding; 2. Patients with coagulation dysfunction (PT time was more than 2 times of normal upper limit or INR was more than 1.3); 3. Patients with low platelet count (PLT was less than 50x10^9/L); 4. Patients who are unsuitable or unwilling to withdraw the treatment with anticoagulants and/or antiplatelet drugs; 5. Patients with severe organ dysfunction (including shock, DIC, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, etc.); 6. Patients with malignant arrhythmia, acute myocardial ischemia, uncontrolled hypertensive crisis and severe pulmonary hypertension; 7. Patients with hemophilia history; 8. Patients who are allergic to allergic to narcotic drugs or TXA and intolerable.
