65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-80 ( 65-75 in priority) years; 2. Subjects with normal ADL,and SPPB score is in the range of 7-10.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are unable to complete the intervention activities because of some conditions, such as sxtreme weakness, serious liver disease or renal disease, mental illness, cancer. 2.Be under treatment or rehabilitation training for physical function improvement.
