Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients whose pulmonary lesions were located beneath the pleura by X-ray, CT or US and were to be biopsied by percutaneous lung biopsy; 2.The target lesions can be clearly displayed in US, CEUS and CT images, which can meet the indications of percutaneous biopsy guided by these three imaging methods; 3.The subjects agreed to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular disease; 2. Patients allergic to ultrasound contrast agents; 3. Patients with uncontrollable infection at the site to be punctured or the whole body; 4. Patients with severe coagulopathy; 5. Those who suffer from severe Alzheimer's disease or other mental illnesses that interfere with operation and result evaluation; 6. Pregnant women, under 18 years old and other special groups; 7. The investigator believes that it is inappropriate to participate in or continue to participate in the clinical trial patients.
