Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age from 6 to 14 years old, no gender limit; 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for sleep disorders; 3.Comply with the syndrome differentiation standard of liver vigor and spleen deficiency in TCM; 4.Patients who accept voluntarily and can cooperate to complete data collection; 5.Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those secondary to other diseases or mental disorders: neurasthenia, depression, etc.; 2.Accompanied by severe liver and kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, endocrine disease, blood system disease, nervous system disease; 3.Those who are allergic to test drugs; 4.According to the doctor's judgment, people who are likely to be lost to follow-up.
