Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: GDM case group: according to the industry standard of the People's Republic of China, which is derived from the Guidelines for the diagnosis and management of gestational diabetes (2014). Pregnant women were screened for gestational diabetes at 24-28 weeks of gestation using a 75g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) with the following diagnostic cut-off values for OGTT: fasting, 1-hour, and 2-hour glucose values of 5.1 mmol/L, 10.0 mmol/L, and 8.5 mmol/L, respectively. If any of the blood glucose values meet or exceed these thresholds, GDM is diagnosed. Pregnant women diagnosed with GDM were not treated with insulin. Control group: The control group was a 1:1 matched case group with normal blood glucose screening test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of significant organ disease; 2.History of infectious disease or infection during pregnancy; 3.Use or ongoing use of drugs that interfere with choline metabolism during pregnancy.
