Interventions

Erector spinal plane block group:Transverse process level of the second vertebral body above the operative segment was blocked by parallel vertical spinal muscle plane
Control group:General anesthesia without erector spinal plane block

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years and <= 75 years; 2.ASA: I or II grade; 3.Scheduled to undergo lumbar spine surgery with general anesthesia; 4.Sign informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients communication disorder; 2.Chronic opioid use (regular use of opioids for more than 3 months or oral use of morphine for more than 5mg daily for 1 month); 3.Patients is receiving anticoagulant therapy or has coagulopathy; 4.Infection at the puncture site; 5.Local anaesthetic allergy; 6.Kidney failure; 7.Lumbar revision surgery.
