Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old, no gender limit; 2. Patients with non-small cell lung cancer, receiving/not receiving anti-PD-1 treatment; 3. According to American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), The Society for Immunotherapy (SITC), National Comprehensive Cancer Network (The National Comprehensive Cancer Network, NCCN) diagnostic criteria, with/without irAE colitis after receiving anti-PD-1 immunotherapy; 4. Subjects signed a written informed consent form and volunteered to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs; 2. Calcium or vitamin D or bisphosphonates have been supplemented; 3. Patients with colitis before receiving anti-PD-1 immunotherapy; 4. Pregnancy and lactation period.
