18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Postoperative pathological diagnosis was pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, R0 resection; 2.ECOG score 0 to 2 points; 3.Aged between 18 and 75 years; 4.Patients have a good conditions of routine blood liver and kidney function and can tolerate and maintain postoperative chemotherapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.With a history of other malignant tumor had not been cured or suffered from other malignant tumors at the same time; 2.Patients with pancreatitis, obstructive jaundice and other cause CA19-9, CA125 and CEA rise in illness; 3.With other basic diseases affect survival, survival period of 3 months or less.
