Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. Acute stage of thoracic and abdominal herpes zoster (definition: erythema, herpes zoster or blister = 5; 4. The informed consent was signed and approved by the ethics committee of Beijing Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe systemic diseases, ASA >= IV grade; 2. Patients with unconsciousness and unable to cooperate; 3. Patients with other nervous system diseases (such as cognitive impairment), or severe pain which may affect the evaluation of curative effect; 4. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction (PT 1.5 times the upper limit of normal range or INR greater than 1.3); 5. Allergic to local anesthetics; 6. Patients with malignant tumor or use of immunosuppressant; 7. Patients with local infection or tumor near the puncture point; 8. Patients who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 1 month.
