Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with interstitial lung disease, or with other diseases that may induce lung fibrosis; 2. The general condition of the patient is OK, and the patient can tolerate PET examination; 3. About 10 healthy volunteers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot bear radiation risk within half a year due to childbirth requirements; 2. Patients with tumor lesions.
