Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients aged from 0 to 18 years old; 2. Diagnosed as hereditary metabolic diseases; 3. With indications for liver transplantation and finally received liver transplantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with serious diseases other than genetic metabolic diseases and their complications, which may affect the complications and prognosis of liver transplantation; 2. Recieved multiple organ transplantation or only liver retransplantation (in our hospital); 3. With the important treatment measures unimplemented during or after liver transplantation due to rejection of the patient or his family member; 4. Recieved food, medicine or treatment measures banned by liver transplant doctors in any other diagnostic and therapeutic institution.
