Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Unilateral modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer was performed in the First Hospital of Jiaxing City. A total of 90 patients, aged from 18 to 80 years, ASA I~III grade were treated.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Shock or coma; 2.Abnormal heart, lung, liver, kidney and coagulation function; 3.Intended block area infection, severe nerve injury of the block side limb; 4.Patients with a history of analgesic drugs for chronic pain, a history of psychotropic substance use, a history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and contraindications to NSAIDs; 5.Patients with allergies to local anesthetics such as lidocaine, ropivacaine and general anesthesia; 6.Patients and their families refused surgical anesthesia.
