Opioid group:Anesthesia maintenance: remifentanil 0.1~1.0µg/(kgmin), propofol 50~150µg/(kg.min), sevoflurane inhalation, intraoperative anesthesia depth according to BIS value.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: From April 2021 to April 2022, surgery was performed in the First Hospital of Jiaxing City, operation time >90 min, 240 patients, aged from 18 to 80 years old, ASA I~III grade.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Surgery is performed only under local anesthesia, regional anesthesia or anesthesia monitoring; 2.Patients refused to participate in this experiment; 3.Have a history of chronic pain or have been chronic pain symptoms; 4.Patients who died during or immediately after the operation; 5.Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency and severe abnormal coagulation function; 6.Anesthetic drug allergy; 7.Operation time is less than 90 minutes.
