18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 to 65 years; 2.Body mass index (BMI) 18 to 30 kg/m^2; 3.ASA grade I-III; 4.Orthotopic liver transplantation is planned.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor preoperative glycemic control (HbA1c > 8.5%); 2.MELD score > 30; 3.Severe cardiopulmonary disease; 4.Nstable preoperative hemodynamics; 5.Preoperative life support (mechanical ventilation, renal replacement therapy, etc.); 6.Severe infection; 7.Anesthetic drug allergy and patient refusal.
