Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.From January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019, all adult cirrhotic patients with thrombocytopenia who had undergone invasive procedures; 2.Diagnosis of liver cirrhosis or liver cirrhosis related liver cancer based on clinical manifestations, liver function examination, abdominal ultrasound, CT scan or histological evidence (if necessary); 3.Based on blood routine test, platelet count before invasive operation was less than 100 x 10^9 / L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with malignant tumors, except hepatocellular carcinoma; 2.Lack of platelet count before invasive operation; 3.Incomplete medical records; 4.Anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs were given 7 days before invasive operation; 5.He/She has suffered from hematological diseases in the past; 6.Acute bleeding occurred 5 days before invasive operation; 7.Drug induced thrombocytopenia; 8.People infected with HIV.
