Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Single-level cervical spondylotic myelopathy of C2-C7; 2.6 weeks of conservative treatment is ineffective or intolerable; 3.The clinical symptoms were consistent with the imaging features.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Mixed type of cervical spondylosis; 2.Patients with cervical tumor, infection, ankylosing spondylitis and other diseases; 3.Patients with serious internal medicine diseases; 4.Patients unsuitable for MRI examination; 5.Previous history of cervical surgery; 6.Cervical instability.
