Interventions
Experimental group:To prevent PCP pneumonia, 120mg SMZ was added to routine immunosuppression regimen 3 times a week (qod) for 6 months postoperatively
Control group:480mg/d (qd) SMZ was added to routine immunosuppression regimen to prevent PCP pneumonia, and was taken for six months after surgery

18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18-70 years old recipients; 2.Underwent renal transplantation in our hospital; 3.Signed informed consent; 4.Good compliance and ability to take medicines as required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic to compound sulfamethoxazole tablets; 2.Those who refused follow-up.
