Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women before 16 weeks of gestation; 2.The mother is over 18 years old; 3.Build a card in affiliated hospital of guangdong medical university and plan to give birth in it; 4.She lives in the west of Guangdong Province; 5.Informed consent was signed by the family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women with mental system diseases lead to communication barriers; 2.Pregnant women suffer from serious illness.
