Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged > 18 years; 2.Platelet count > 100 x 10^9/L; 3.INR < 1.5; 4.Unresectable locally advanced pancreatic cancer that had received standard radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 5.Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy; 2.Acute pancreatitis; 3.Pancreatic cancer with distant metastasis; 4.Severe infection or leukopenia; 5.Acute stage of gastrointestinal bleeding; 6.Unable to correct the coagulation dysfunction; 7.Inability to tolerate anesthesia; 8.Disfit author is determined by the researcher.
