Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 18 years; 2.Middle and lower calyx calculi with maximum diameter <=2cm; 3.Signed the informed consent and volunteered to participate in the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The operation process is not smooth; 2.History of ureteral trauma, surgery and stricture; 3.History of ipsilateral ureteral stricture; 4.Urinary tract malformation; 5.Chronic renal failure; 6.Urinary tract tumor patients; 7.Patients with poor cardiopulmonary function who are intolerant to surgery (those with contraindications).
