Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Signed the informed consent; 2.Aged > 18 years; 3.ASA classification I~III; 4,16 < BMI < 30; 5.No serious cardiac insufficiency, pulmonary insufficiency and other important organ dysfunction; 6.Patients who are scheduled to undergo abdominal surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative MAP > 120mmHg or 110 BPM or < 45 BPM; 3.Preoperative use of opioid drugs or non-opioid drugs for analgesia; 4.Patients with a history of chronic pain before surgery; 5.People with a history of central nervous system; 6.Preoperative use of anticholinergic/cholinergic drugs; 7.Intraoperative spinal anesthesia or other local analgesia is planned; 8.Patients with preoperative acute pain.
