18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-60 years; 2.Papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) was confirmed by preoperative puncture; 3.Total thyroidectomy + unilateral or bilateral central lymph node dissection is planned; 4.ICG parathyroid scintigraphy is agreed and signed Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Abnormal preoperative PTH level; 2.Combined with parathyroid disease; 3.Hepatorenal insufficiency; 4.Combined with severe cardiovascular or respiratory diseases; 5.Reoperation of thyroid or parathyroid gland; 6.Have received radioactive iodine treatment; 7.Patients who are allergic to ICG or have a history of allergies to other foods and drugs; 8.Pregnant or breast-feeding women; 9.Intravenous heparin 24 hours before surgery; 10.Comprehensive judgment, poor compliance.
