Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe headache, nasal odor and repeated nasal bleeding after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 2.sbORN confirmed by endoscopy and imaging, and abscess cavity formation after necrosis; 3.ICA level of involvement 1-4.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed by pathology as residual nasopharyngeal carcinoma or recurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy; 2.Lack of cooperation or understanding, and inability to complete the survey; 3.Patients who refuse to participate in this clinical trial.
