Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Couples and female spouses between 20 and 49 years of age who wish to conceive were invited to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A confirmed diagnosis of infertility; 2.A confirmed pregnancy.
