18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The age of patients should be between 18 and 80 years old; 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria of 2016 international guidelines for severe sepsis and septic shock; 3.Voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The time of definite diagnosis of sepsis was more than 48 hours; 2.Patients with liver or kidney dysfunction whose SOFA score of liver or kidney was more than or equal to 3; 3.The patient is expected to die within 48 hours, or sofa >= 15, or Apache II >= 30, or the patient refuses active treatment; 4.Patients with allergy to traditional Chinese medicine and allergic constitution in this study; 5.Patients with malignant tumor, liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure (uremic stage), hematological diseases, HIV and other serious basic diseases; 6.Patients who have been treated with hormone, immunosuppressant and other drugs or have organ transplantation in recent 6 months; 7.Those who have participated in other clinical trials at the same time or within 30 days; 8.Pregnant and lactating women.
