Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria of hospitals: Tertiary hospitals with endocrinology departments, secondary hospitals with endocrinology departments or internal medicine departments, and primary hospitals with endocrine-related internal medicine or general medicine departments; Provide medical services for subcutaneous injection of diabetes drugs; 2.Inclusion criteria of doctors: Doctors who are engaged in clinical work of endocrinology or internal medicine (related to diabetes treatment) for more than one year. Tertiary hospitals are endocrinology clinicians; Secondary hospitals are endocrinologists, and if there is no endocrinology specialist, they are physicians; The primary hospitals is a physician; 3.Inclusion criteria for nurses: Nurses who were engaged in clinical nursing work related to diabetes drug injection for more than 3 months. clinical nurses in the department of endocrinology in tertiary hospitals; Nurses in endocrinology department in secondary hospitals, and nurses in internal medicine department if there is no endocrinology specialty; The primary hospitals is the internal medicine nurse; 4.Inclusion criteria of patients: Patients who were diagnosed and receiving diabetes drug injection for 6 months or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria of hospitals: Specialist hospitals (excluding endocrine specialist hospitals), non-Chinese language use area hospitals; 2.Exclusion criteria of doctors: Clinical practice, medical students; 3.Exclusion criteria of nurses: Clinical practice, probation, rotation training nurses; 4.Exclusion criteria of patients: Do not have the ability to cooperate with the investigation (including language expression, mental disorders, etc.).
