Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient: 1.Aged >= 18 years; 2.The length of stay in NICU was more than 48 hours; 3.The patient's condition improved and was transferred from NICU to Neurosurgery Ward for more than 48 hours; 4.Clear consciousness, normal spirit, independent reading and communication skills, clear language expression; 5.Volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent. Caregivers: 1.Aged >= 18 years; 2.He/She is the spouse or immediate family member of the patient and the main caregiver and medical decision-maker during hospitalization; 3.The length of stay in NICU was more than or equal to 48 hours, and the patient's condition was improved. The patient transferred from NICU to Neurosurgery Ward was more than or equal to 48 hours; 4.Normal spirit, independent reading and communication skills, clear language expression; 5.Volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient: 1.They have cognitive impairment or congenital mental retardation; 2.Severe visual and hearing impairment; 3.Continuous use of sedative and analgesic drugs; 4.The patient's condition deteriorated before transferring to another department. Caregivers: 1.Previous history of severe psychological or cognitive impairment; 2.They dropped out of the study because of the change of the patient's condition and the subjective factors of the caregivers.
