Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-85 years; 2. Patients diagnosed with hip osteoarthritis, knee osteoarthritis, and avascular necrosis of the femoral head before surgery; 3. Patients who underwent unilateral artificial total hip and total knee arthroplasty; 4. Patient blood examination, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray and other examinations exclude those who are contraindicated in surgery; 5. The color Doppler ultrasound results of both lower limbs were free of chronic vascular disease and negative DVT; 6. The patients and their family members agree to participate in the study, and the patient signs or entrusts their family members to sign the informed consent form of the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from congestive heart failure, unstable hypertension; 2. Those who have been diagnosed with DVT, PE, thrombophlebitis, and peripheral neuropathy; 3. Patients with existing lesions of the lower extremities, such as gangrene, severe deformities, dermatitis, and recent skin transplants; 4. Patients who cannot communicate with mental problems such as speech and cognitive impairment.
