Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children with severe traumatic brain injury and intracranial infection; 2.Informed consent is achieved from legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with pre-existing neurological disease; 2.Children with suspected or confirmed inherited metabolic diseases
